Hotel Bencidormi - Florence

The air conditioning was amazing and provided a much-needed respite from the Florentine heat, while the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions.

Some noise from the reception area was noticeable, especially during morning clean-up hours, which slightly disrupted our early mornings.

The units are brand-new, tidy with bathroom, excellent WiFi, for instance. A coffee machine and a microwave oven are a nice touch.

It is a pleasant and wonderful property located in Florence Historic Centre district just next door to all attractions, the historic sites and train station and tourist area. The venue has perfect and magnificent location in Florence airport. The hotel has very friendly and excellent staff. The ambiance is quiet. There is variety of brilliant food for breakfast.

The room felt so cozy, like home, and the owner was super helpful, showin' us all the hot spots in the city. Location was prime, just a hop away from the train and all them attractions. I'll tell ya, can't beat that!

This hotel is unacceptable. The internet was horrid. Woudl ve been nice to actually connect. My room door was practically in the reception area, meaning, noise disturbed my peace. The cherry on top? An upgrade woudl ve been appropriate given the circumstances. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't, I'm afraid.

Enjoyed my stay for 3 nights as a solo traveler while exploring Florence's main attractions. The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to the iconic Mercato Centrale and other historic sites. The room was bright and clean, and I loved the coffee corner, perfect for morning boosts before heading out. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the city!

This place has a great setup, I was blown away by how close it is to everything. The bed was so comfortable , I slept like a baby. The reception had this nice selection of tea and coffee, perfect for a little late-night snack after a day of exploring.
